Property technology is the use of software and digital platforms to make buying, owning and investing in property simpler, faster and more transparent. Squemita is a proptech platform: it is not an estate agency.
What does owning 1 m² mean?
It means you can start your property ownership from as little as one square meter and add more over time. The terms for each property are shown on its listing and explained in the White Paper.

What is Own Together?
Own Together lets you pool resources with other buyers to access larger properties that may be beyond what you would purchase alone.
Does Squemita use agents or middlemen?
No. Properties are listed straight from developers, with transparent pricing and no hidden agent mark-ups.
What is real estate?
Real estate is land and everything permanently attached to it, such as buildings, together with the rights that come with owning or using it. Squemita is the technology that makes owning a piece of it easier to start.
What should I check before buying property?
Confirm who the seller or developer is, verify the ownership documents and that there are no disputes over the land, check the exact size and boundaries, understand the full price and any fees, and read every agreement before paying. Use verified listings and get independent professional advice where possible.
